- Experience from signing more than 90 new-building contracts of which more than 60 in China (Denmark, Holland, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Hong Kong, Russia, Lithuania, UAE, Japan, Vietnam and Chili)
- Experience providing supervision teams for new buildings (currently under supervision - 12 chemical tankers and 1 + 3 (TIV) Turbine Installation Vessel(s))
- Holding exclusive dock/repair agreement with COSCO SHIPYARD GROUP (8 years)
- Holding import and export license
