- New building contracts ¨C Render professional technical and commercial support during negotiations. Thoroughly knowledge to the Chinese business culture and excellent interaction skills within all organizational levels in the industry (Chinese speaking).
Holding vast experience from signing more than 90 new-building contracts (commercial and technical) worldwide i.e. China, Russia, Spain, Malaysia, Vietnam, Chile, Singapore and Lithuania. Some 45 contracts signed with Chinese shipyards. Experience in building high ice classed AHTS (1 AS FS) in Russia. - Extensive experience with Chinese trading houses and local banks, advisory and support to foreign ship owners to support/obtaining individual tailor-made investment structure within China.
- STS is able to provide site technical supervision teams during the construction of new vessels, dry-docking and major conversions. STS is currently providing this service for supervision of a series of chemical tankers.
- Consultancy services - currently the company holding more than 20 years of technical experiences on a managerial level, with experience throughout the maritime industry and able to provide excellent ˇ°one stop shopˇ± professional services.
- Special agreements can be provided for ship-owners who are building vessels in China and need to source spare parts and material in China subsequently and after delivery of the vessel(s).
- Holding exclusive dock/repair agreement with the Cosco Shipyard Group, China for Denmark only.
- Holding export and Import license that not limited for the maritime industry only, but as well have permit to trade within following areas:
- Goods and technology import and export business
- Service agent on carriage of goods
- Engaged in marine engineering in the field of technology services
- Mechanical and electrical products and accessories
- Auto parts and instrumentations
- Ship spares parts
